Eu4 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the eu4 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by eu4.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. eu4 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the platform and will take effect as soon as the notice is published.

Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access eu4's full services, you are required to register a valid account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your account information.

• Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the eu4 platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Eu4 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to the eu4 support team immediately.

Eu4 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents before processing withdrawals or certain account requests.

3. Platform Usage Rules

Eu4 users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform without written permission.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or identity falsification.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage eu4's systems, servers, or networks.
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
• Sharing, distributing, or republishing eu4 content without written permission.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and legal action where necessary.

4. Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions

All transactions on the eu4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go, and local bank transfers. eu4 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to eu4's current terms and may change from time to time.
• All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. eu4 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. eu4 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving large withdrawal amounts.
• Any attempt to improperly reverse a transaction (chargeback) without legitimate grounds may result in account closure and legal action.
• Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate, specific terms, and eu4 reserves the right to void any bonus if its usage conditions are breached.

5. Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

Eu4 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. To the extent permitted by law, eu4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss or financial losses.

Account Suspension & Closure

Eu4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user is suspected of violating any terms set out in this document.
• Fraudulent activity or system manipulation has been detected on the account.
• The user fails to complete identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• The account shows signs of multiple-user access or promotional abuse.

Valid account balances may be settled through the standard withdrawal process once the investigation is concluded, subject to its outcome.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the eu4 platform are the exclusive property of eu4 or its licensors. Using, copying, or distributing any materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links

The eu4 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. eu4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Accessing such links is done at the user's own risk.

6. Governing Law & Contact Us

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the relevant courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
